Recommended usage

1 Stirring 1 tablespoon of LaVita (10 ml) into a glass of 50–100 ml still water makes one serving.

For basic supply for a healthy person, we recommend 1 serving of LaVita (10 ml) per day.

For optimal support and in times of particular strain, such as when suffering from stress or illnesses, when taking medication, or during pregnancy or breastfeeding, as well as for those who consume nicotine or alcohol, we recommend 1 serving of LaVita twice a day (at least 3 hours apart).

Are you just getting started up (again) with LaVita? Then we recommend 1 serving of LaVita twice a day for the first 75 days – it takes roughly this period for the majority of the cells in our body to have renewed themselves once, on average.

Recommendation for children

For children, as soon as they are eating at the table (so, from about one year old), we recommend:

  • up to 6 years of age: 1 teaspoon LaVita (5 ml) daily, stirred into a glass of water
  • 6 years and over: 1 tablespoon LaVita (10 ml) daily, stirred into a glass of water
